AIGA Memphis, the professional association for design, is hosting Jared M. Spool for a presentation on What Makes A Design Intuitive at 2pm. The event is open to the public and targets anyone involved in delivering a positive online experience to users.

Spool, CEO and Founding Principal of User Interface Engineering, will show how an intuitive Web interface works and what can be done to ensure designs are user-friendly. Specifically, participants will learn how simple design problems can cause large user problems and how to avoid them, discover how successful teams are creating delightful user experiences, and learn how to pinpoint where existing designs are unintuitive.

Check in for the event begins at 1:30 p.m. Cost for AIGA members is $15 and $25 for non-members. Students are free with a current school identification card.
